Laura M. Lanier, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Laura McCoy Lanier is originally from Pitt County, growing up in Winterville, NC. After graduating high school she attended Meredith College in Raleigh, NC, where she earned a BS degree in Business Administration with a minor in Biology. Laura decided to continue her education in nursing. She attended Wake Technical Community College and graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing. While working as an orthopaedic nurse, she pursued a BS degree in Nursing from East Carolina University and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from the University of Cincinnati. She is board certified by ANCC. She has vast experience in Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology, Acute care/Inpatient Internal Medicine, and Primary Care.
Laura engages in her community and is excited to provide compassionate, quality medical care and education to her patients in Johnston County and surrounding areas.
Laura is married to Johnson Lanier and they have lived in Johnston County for four years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, the beach, exercising, music, and cooking.

Austin Fann, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Austin Fann is a native of Sampson County (born and raised). After graduating from Midway High School in 2008, Austin went on to pursue a career in nursing. Austin earned his Associate Degree in Nursing from Sampson Community College, and subsequently completed his Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2018, while serving as a nurse in the emergency department. In 2019, amidst the pandemic, he embarked on travel nursing, working across various hospitals in North Carolina. In 2023, he obtained his Master’s Degree from the University of South Alabama, with a dual role major in Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. Austin is currently board-certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Austin is passionate about offering quality and professional medical care to the residents of Johnston, Harnett, and Sampson counties. He is happily married to his wife, Megan, since 2018, and is the proud father of two beautiful children, Carrington and Grady. They presently reside in Sampson County. In his leisure time, Austin enjoys traveling, visiting the beach, live music, and spending time with his family.
Donna Page, Patient Coordinator
Donna has been in the medical field for 15 years. Donna is from Dunn, NC . She has been married 31 years and has two daughters one is a Nurse at Harnett Health & One is a 6th Grade teacher at Dunn Middle School. Donna is ready to help get you registered and will greet you with a smiling face!
Mary Catherine Parker, PBT, M.A.
Mary Catherine is a certified Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant with eleven years of medical experience in primary care, pain management and orthopedics. With her outgoing personality she will prepare you for your visit and assist with your medical requests when you contact our office.

Alli Dunn, LPN
Alli is a board certified Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for helping others. She has four years of experience in the medical profession, previously working in Optometry and Emergency Medicine. She graduated from Central Carolina Community College’s nursing program in July of 2023. Outside of working, Alli enjoys spending time with her friends, traveling, reading, and going to the gym.
